Our cuisine, enriched by the luscious product variety of the Pelion ground, combines in perfect harmony authentic local recipes with those of the greater Mediterranean region, trying pioneering techniques, resulting in tasty and balanced dishes without excess of ingredients and confused tastes.

Avoiding experiments, we  utilize fresh and preferably seasonal raw materials produced on the estate, and we also use native wild mountain products such as mushrooms and herbs, all cooked with virgin olive oil of low acidity.

Our menu includes carefully chosen appetizers, fresh salads, daily dishes that alternate on a regular basis and home made sweets and cakes.

The  preparation of our dishes, in some cases needs more time than usual, so it can guarantee the maximum of fresheness and taste, and we believe that the waiting  is worth it, as quality doesn’t need speed or shortages
